Refund policy

We accept only exchange in case if you receive any damaged product
and no returns are accepted.

An unedited unboxing video is mandatory for any exchange complaints.

Exchange request must be submitted within 3 days of parcel delivery

For exchange customer has to pack parcel properly with proper safety and paste the label which will be provided by us and handle it to courier executive which will be assigned by us

After receiving parcel new product will be dispatched

No complaints will be registered in case of any size issue of bangle or ring or color issue of any product.
